Conference & Events

Jakab Antal House offers a total of 10 conference rooms of various sizes for event participants. Both the KALOT building, designed by Kós Károly, and the House's hotel wing offer smaller meeting rooms, seminar rooms and larger conference halls.

The rooms are suitable for meetings, training sessions, conferences, presentations and workshops. The smaller rooms can accommodate 10–70 people, and their layout can be adapted to the nature of the event and the needs of the participants.

Room “O”

The largest conference room, at 146 m², seats up to 120 people. It is equipped with modern technical facilities, a sound system, interpreting equipment and a 290 × 220 cm projection screen.

Since it opened in 1996, Jakab Antal House has hosted more than 300 domestic and international events, including religious and cultural programmes, medical and architectural conferences, regional development presentations and professional training courses.

Event Tent

Our event tent, with an enclosed courtyard and its own parking, can accommodate 100–120 people. It is equipped with a hot kitchen and a grill area, and also offers the possibility of cooking over an open fire. The tent can be furnished and decorated on request.

Our Prices

Prices are given in lei and include VAT. Room usage time is calculated from when the room is opened until the keys are finally returned. Room capacity varies depending on the seating layout. Use and rental of technical equipment is arranged separately.

Indicative Prices

Projector rental: 50 lei / day

Sound system in Room “A”: 100 lei / day

Sound system in Room “A” with interpreting equipment: 150 lei / day

Headset: 10 lei / person

Interpreter booth and headsets

Room “A” has 3 interpreter booths, and 100 headsets are available for participants.
